itelligent-i implements enterprise grade cloud data platforms, deployed on any variant of data services – such as Databricks, Data Factory, or Microsoft Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Google Data or Amazon Redshift. We have the experience to implement and support all venders including Microsoft, AWS, Google and Databricks. So, we have you covered.
We’ve implemented data platforms for many large enterprises, and a few small ones too. itelligent-i’s methodology and experience can quickly implement new and secure data platform environments or update an existing implementation. We continue to support and manage data platforms which are extracting, loading, transforming and merging data (with Master Data Management embedded) with as many up to 30 core business systems, and hundreds of open-source files in preparation for analytical and (RAG) AI use cases.
Our implementations use our own itelligent-i’s iDAP Framework and Analytics Accelerators which are deployable to all variants of Cloud services and data tools. Developed in PySpark, the iDAP Framework codebase is industry standard and provides Delta tables for a secure enterprise Lakehouse.
Together our experience and knowledge of cloud data platforms, and our iDAP framework benefits customers by providing a prebuilt python codebase that completes the basic extraction and storage of data, matching and merging of data, and implements a secure and compliant data architecture. It also includes code to monitor and audit all records against the source systems, ensuring compliance and enabling data governance.

Once your preferred vendor is confirmed, itelligent-i provides the support and guidance to get you set up quickly, so data is flowing safely, securely, and in line with the technical standards enterprises expect.
Modern data platforms have matured across all major vendors. They’re broadly comparable, with a few important differences—so you don’t need to start from a blank sheet. We bring proven enterprise configuration blueprints, plus real-world experience of how platforms should be operated and managed after go-live.
Every engagement includes a predefined data platform design, captured in a high-level contextual guide. It’s written so that, regardless of your cloud experience, ICT and Governance colleagues can understand the requirements clearly and approve them with confidence.

Collaboration with Partners
Many organisations come to us having already implemented a data platform—either built in-house or delivered with an existing partner. In these situations, itelligent-i can work alongside your teams and suppliers to review the current setup, recommend improvements, and help optimise security, performance, and cost. We can also take on the day-to-day management of an existing deployment where that’s required.
Our Analytics and AI solutions are designed to fit into established platforms. In most cases they work with minimal changes, because modern cloud data services have matured and remain highly compatible, with only limited differences in how code is deployed.

Fully Managed
Our fully managed services provide end to end implementation, management, maintenance and full support.
The managed service can be an extension to your team, or a provide an analytics team if you don’t have one already.
The Managed Service covers all software configuration, data extracts, storage, data quality, Lakehouse, Semantic Models and Reports… and includes development of new requirements.
This option is excellent if you have an operational requirement.
Annual Support and Maintenance
Annual support and Maintenance provide support to your existing team for all itelligent-i implemented configuration and solutions.
If you have an existing team who can identify issues, they simply submit them the via the ticket system and they are resolved, often working with your team members.
Support differs from the managed service as your team are responsible for identifying faults and submitting them if they cannot be resolved. Additions or modifications to the solution is not included – that left to your team.
